What is qrop market?

qrop market is an order management service for farmers who sell direct, letting you see at a glance — like a to-do list — who ordered what and when it needs to ship.

Our goal is to cut down the daily order management work of farmers who sell direct to just one minute, making it effortless.

Below are screenshots of the app on PC and mobile.

Why is it for "farmers who sell direct"?

Features we plan to develop for qrop market going forward include:

  • A feature to import and manage orders in one place from EC platforms (Base, Shopify, Tabechoku, Poketo Marche, etc.)
  • A feature to track which channel an order came through — email, phone, LINE, various EC platforms, and more
  • A feature to export shipped orders to cloud accounting services (freee, Misoca)
  • PDF export features (delivery slips, dispatch notes, invoices)

and more. With these features, our goal is to reduce the burden on farmers who now have to manage more and more as they take orders through multiple channels and enter them all into accounting software — that's why we've built this for farmers who sell direct.

We believe many farmers today are juggling a whole range of services, working hard to grow their sales. It's an era where you can easily set up an EC store and take orders through LINE or Facebook Messenger.

However, we've heard that the harder farmers work to grow their sales, the more order management work piles up, squeezing the time they need to focus on cultivation and improving the value of what they grow. We've also heard from farmers who've said, "we took the order, but then forgot to ship it, more than once."

qrop market was born out of listening to these struggles, and it's designed and built to connect various services around the core task of order management, in order to lighten the load on farmers who sell direct.

What does qrop market make easier?

Here's an example of the kind of workflow qrop market makes possible:

  1. Orders coming in daily from various EC channels get automatically imported and gathered into qrop market.
  2. The whole team shares tasks, making the shipping process simpler.
  3. Once shipping is done, the data gets exported to accounting software.

That's the idea.

Until now, this meant entering order information from multiple services, emails, LINE, and more into spreadsheets, and then checking through lists to answer questions like: "Where do we need to ship today?" "Did we already ship this order?"

We can cut down on all that hassle.

As shown in the diagram below, there are lots of convenient services out there, but there are gaps between them right now. We want qrop market to fill those gaps, automating and connecting a workflow that used to be fragmented.

What's next?

As mentioned above, we plan to add features such as:

  • A feature to import and manage orders in one place from EC platforms (Base, Shopify, Tabechoku, Poketo Marche, etc.)
  • A feature to track which channel an order came through — email, phone, LINE, various EC platforms, and more
  • A feature to export shipped orders to cloud accounting services (freee, Misoca)
  • PDF export features (delivery slips, dispatch notes, invoices)

As we said, our goal is to cut down the daily order management work of farmers who sell direct to just one minute, making it effortless — so alongside adding features to qrop market itself, we'll keep building a service that connects multiple useful tools together, automates workflows, and eases the burden of order management for farmers.

We're looking for users to share their feedback after trying it out!

We're looking for people who'll use the service for free for a year and regularly share their feedback with us! qrop market is still very new, and we need input from as many people as possible. We'd love to hear things like "I wish I could use it this way" or "it would be even easier if it could do this" once you've actually tried it! As a thank-you for your cooperation, you'll get to use our service free for a year!

If you're up for it, just fill out the form at the bottom of the page at the URL below and let us know you'd like to be a test user!
