Make it visible quickly with a mockup

A discussion without screens lets everyone imagine something different. We produce a mockup fast, ready to use in user interviews and to get internal alignment.

Build small, on the assumption it may be discarded

Validation often points somewhere other than the original plan. We deliberately limit how much we build so that changing direction stays an option.

Continue straight into full development

Handing an MVP to a different team loses the context behind every decision and usually means rebuilding. We carry the same team from validation through development and into operations.

We launch products of our own, too

Alongside client work we build and operate our own products: Postn, a form service, and qrop, a service for agriculture. What to prioritise, and what you can defer without the whole thing falling over — we bring the judgement we earned making those calls ourselves.
