We built an employee and attendance management system for Nisseki Kogyo Co., Ltd., a heat-insulation contractor operating six branch offices across western Japan. We developed the system to solve challenges such as visualizing working hours to comply with the "36 Agreement" (Article 36 labor-management agreement) and reducing the attendance-management workload for each branch manager.
