Saitama International Arts Festival 2023 is an arts festival held once every three years in Saitama City. It brings together works by artists from Japan and abroad, drawing visitors from all over the world. We built this site with the goal of conveying the appeal of the festival to all of those visitors.

• Note: The festival has since closed and the site is now an archive, so the fonts and content differ from what was shown while it was live.

On the design side, we handled every page except the top page; on the development side, we handled everything from infrastructure setup through development and operations.

The site was built with Next.js and delivered using AWS Amplify. We supported both Japanese and English, and used microCMS for content management. We developed the site with accessibility in mind, so the information on it can reach as many different people as possible.
